Whether you’re flexing your digital muscles in our CMS, participating in our website strategy sessions, or helping out around the office, you get things done. You’re a good listener and a hard worker. Are you the one?

On Being, a Peabody and Webby Award-winning national media project, is looking for a production intern, digital platforms. At On Being we believe in hard work, an exchange of ideas, experimentation, and building meaningful relationships with our audiences, funders, and content partners across the world. Intelligent conversation and deep listening are core to our style of journalism. Curiosity is required; serendipity is embraced. You should be willing to bring your full self to the position, representing On Being and Krista Tippett Public Productions in everything that you do. KTPP is located in Minneapolis, MN next to Loring Park.

This full-time internship runs from June 2016 – August 2016. Interns must be willing to commit to 40/hrs weekly (no weekends) for $12/hr.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Help maintain, update, and migrate content on the website.
Assist production team in making the radio broadcast, podcast, and website.
Help produce special projects for the website.
Learn alongside us as we develop a new digital infrastructure for onbeing.org.
Perform routine administrative tasks.

Prior experience in media and broadcast journalism is not a requirement. This internship is a learning and training opportunity to work alongside a dynamic, collaborative, award-winning team of journalists, digital thinkers, and producers.
