Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising and performance management of staff members (Office Admin and Security Associates)
Support the Clinic director with daily operations of the program while overseeing the reception and dosing areas
is responsible for on-site HR Operations including hiring practices and maintaining employee files in accordance with Federal and State law
Financial responsibilities include the oversight and timely submission of all accounts payable invoices, managing patient accounts for collection and billing purposes, bi-weekly payroll submission and supply order management.
The Office Manager oversees the facility and communicates on-site issues to the property manager.
The Office Manager may perform minor cleaning, repairs or coordinating repairs, and supply inventory.
The Office Manager shall cover for any duties resulting from staff absences.

We are looking for a upbeat, energetic, well rounded person with fluency with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop, and experience with human resource management, bookkeeping tasks, marketing/social media, and general office upkeep. Also, you will assist with the creation of promotional material, RFPS, RFQs, etc.

Experience with financial activities related to billing and previous supervisory experience
