As a Partner Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining
relationships with movie content partners, as well as work alongside the wider operations team to streamline processes to onboard and help these partners deliver content in a better, more efficient, and high quality
way.

Responsibilities:
Onboard new studio partners and facilitate the expansion of their movie and television content
availability.
Manage the operational partnerships for a portfolio of major and minor movie studios
Ensure all your partner’s movie content is available on the platforms when it should
be, along with the correct pricing and metadata.
Work cross functionally with internal business, product, engineering and merchandising teams
to identify and execute on opportunities for process improvement
Work closely with Sales and Marketing department and other subject matter experts to develop cost estimates, including risk estimations, during the bid phase of projects
Maintain resource management database to optimize utilization of internal resources. Identify, contract and manage external resources as necessary to implement projects
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience
1 year of experience building and managing partner or client relationships
Keen attention to detail
Ability to multitask
a large number of partners
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
Impeccable communication (both written and verbal) skills
Very strong spreadsheet skills

Preferred qualifications:
Experience / knowledge of the film or TV industry
Experience working with XML or HTML
Project management experience
