I am looking for an effective, attractive young female pop singer who is friendly, youthful, and with the potential to become an internationally recognized star. The mandatory requirements for appearance and personal description are as follows: 1) Must be significantly more well-mannered, elegant, and friendly than the average standard, both in appearance and social behavior. 2) Must have a high school or college diploma with good academic progress (appropriate to their age). 3) Must not have any visible tattoos on their body and must not have piercings on the face or other body parts (except for ears). 4) Must not have ever been involved with cigarettes, alcohol, marijuana, or any other drugs. 5) Must not have mentally unstable close friends, relatives, or acquaintances. 6) Must be financially secure and stable for at least the next 6 to 10 months. 7) If selected, must be able to dedicate at least 4 hours per week for work, rehearsals, and recordings. 8) Must have above-average musical, vocal, and performance skills and a minimum understanding of music theory, including basic music terminology. (It is assumed that you already have a certain group or fan base of music lovers, but this is not a mandatory requirement.) 9) Must be willing to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and contracts related to agency and production conditions and adhere to them. 10) If interested, please send links to your latest audio-visual media, a letter confirming your compliance with points 1) to 10), your contact information, and a 1-minute self-tape video. Only one person will read your application and view the audio-visual files, and those files will be immediately destroyed. I will only confirm further communication with 2-3 selected candidates for a Zoom interview, after which the final candidate will be chosen. Contact information for the 2-3 candidates who reach the Zoom interview will be kept, not excluding any possibility of future collaboration. More detailed information about the project will be discussed only with the selected candidate. Thank you for your patience, time, and especially your attention. V
