We're currently hiring reliable, detail-oriented, and technically sharp Audio Visual Technicians to join our on-call workforce. Organized. ⸻ EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING IS A PLUS Audio Visual Technician Live Sound Technician Video Wall / LED Technician Event AV Support Broadcast or Streaming Tech House of Worship AV Corporate AV Technician Stagehand (AV-focused) Install or Setup Technician Familiarity with the following systems is a strong plus: Novastar VX1000 Artfox-VP10-4K Zenty HDMI over IP Shure GLXD4R+ Soundcraft UI16 Harbinger Audio Mixer CQ Mixpad ⸻ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Depending on the project, duties may include: •Setting up and breaking down AV systems (audio, video, LED, control) •Running signal, power, and data cleanly and safely •Configuring video processors, switchers, and audio mixers •Supporting live events, services, broadcasts, or installations •Troubleshooting signal, audio, or video issues under time pressure •Following instructions from the Lead Tech or Project Manager •Ensuring all systems are stable, safe, labeled, and organized ⸻ OUR OPERATING STANDARD We only work with AV professionals who demonstrate: THE 3 P's: ✅ Punctual – load-in times are non-negotiable ✅ Professional – calm, clear communication with clients and crew ✅ Precise – clean signal flow, correct routing, zero guesswork THE SPINO METHOD: ✅ Safety – power management, cable safety, proper handling ✅ Productive – efficient setup, no wasted motion ✅ Instructions – follow the tech lead, system diagrams, and run-of-show ✅ Neat – clean cable runs, labeled connections, tidy racks ✅ Organized – structured workflow, clean strike, inventory awareness If this sounds like how you already work — you'll fit right in. ⸻ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ✅ Strong work ethic and positive, solutions-focused attitude ✅ Comfortable working in live, time-sensitive environments ✅ Able to lift and move 40–50 lbs of equipment as needed ✅ Reliable transportation to and from job sites ✅ Available on short notice (sometimes same-day) ✅ Able to follow direction and work as part of a technical team ✅ Previous AV, live sound, or video experience is a plus ⸻ WHY WORK WITH US?
