Looking for creative, ambitious social media assistant to help build and scale a strong personal brand on Instagram. This is hands-on and in-person. You'll be editing, and shaping short-form content directly with me. You should: • Know Reels inside and out • Be confident editing • Have strong visual taste • Understand hooks and engagement • Move fast and think creatively • Want real growth, not just a paycheck Responsibilities: • Film content on-site • Edit dynamic Reels • Assist with captions and posting • Help brainstorm content ideas Part-time to start.
