Hello, thank you for looking at my ad. My name is Danny, and I'm trying to make a comedy movie and to do that, I believe I need to do some work, showing off the camera/directing skills. So with that, I've created 20+ sketches with myself as the persona of a Movie Producer that will do anything to get his movie made. These sketches are easily doable, mostly dialogue and one other actor. I have a goal to make 100 sketches so please do reach out. There's no pay. I've spent my money on web domains, and flyers, and coffee dates with phony money men. So I'm doing it old-school. Who wants to spare 20 minutes and possibly get seen online? So what I'm offering is in return for your time and talent, I'll follow you on 2 Instagram accounts if you're nice, and will tag you in the video, and if I get the chance, will give you a paying role. That's all I can offer right now. Here's a few examples of the type of sketches: HORROR MOVIE: It's dark and PERSON sits outside alone, smoking. It's a full moon. DANNY is across the street watching. DANNY slowly sneaks up behind them and accidentally scares them. They scream like they are in a horror movie. DANNY gets very close, lowers his voice, pulls out flyers, and asks them to follow the Instagram page. PERSON says yes, DANNY is happy. PERSON smiles with vampire teeth and hisses as music swells. BRUH: Bruh. Bruh. Bruh. Bruh. Bruh. PERSON reacts with a simple "Bruh." The subtitle also says "Bruh." DANNY tries again, more seriously. The whole sketch plays like a quiet, absurd deadpan exchange. Each person says bruh, but the subtitles say what we mean, DANNY wants this to be a movie in theaters someday soon. DAUGHTER AND MOTHER DISAPPOINTED: REPORTER: Aren't you afraid to be disappointed if this movie only makes back it's money and not 20 times the profit of its budget? "No, ma'am. I have a daughter and her mother, they are both already disappointed in me so I'm not afraid at all about this." SEX: DANNY walks out of the room naked. He's got a check in hand made out to the movie LLC. Camera follows back to woman and man in bed. "It's a pity check. He wasn't thaaaat bad." THE PROPOSAL: DANNY, dressed in suit, gets down on one knee, and opens ring box, in the ring is a flyer, DANNY asks for funding for the movie. MOVING COMPANY: DANNY tries to get funded by INVESTOR. It's a moving company? No, a movie company. Why would you need me to invest in your moving company? Uhaul is great. No, like Lord of the Rings. Ohh, yeah, I can pay my brother in law $50 and he'll help me with the move. He's got a dolly and a truck. A MOVIE! I can also write anything for you, as long it's just 2 people battling on screen. I wish upon a star that you achieve your dreams!
