We are a bi-monthly indie artist showcase based in Metro Atlanta. We run live events, stream every show, and provide every performing artist with professional photos, video, and social media features — all at no cost to them. We are building the platform that ATL indie artists want to be part of, and we are looking for the person who will be the human face of that promise. This is a part-time contract role (8–12 hours/week). It is not a full-time job — it is a ground-floor opportunity with a platform that is growing. WHAT YOU'LL DO ■ Reach out to indie artists across Metro Atlanta — Instagram, Facebook, and in person at open mics ■ Manage artist applications and respond to all inquiries within 5 business days ■ Coordinate pre-show logistics with each performer — confirm details, answer questions, handle check-in on show day ■ Send personal post-show thank-you messages and deliver content links to artists within 24 hours ■ Manage and grow the Artist Collective community platform ■ Track the artist pipeline in a shared spreadsheet WHAT YOU GET ■ $150/month stipend (Months 1–2), growing to $250–$300/month as the platform scales ■ Official team title and credit on all platform materials ■ Tickets to every show ■ Network access to every artist, sponsor, and partner in the ecosystem ■ Priority role consideration for the Music Festival production team YOU ARE A FIT IF... ■ You are warm, organized, and genuinely excited about independent music ■ You have your own Instagram and understand how artists think about their brand ■ You are a strong written communicator — your DMs and emails sound like a real person ■ You know the Atlanta music scene or are ready to learn it quickly ■ You are reliable — artists will be counting on you to follow through HOW TO APPLY Send a brief intro (2–4 sentences about yourself and why this role fits), your resume, a link to any relevant work or social media, and your availability.
