AV company is bringing on a General AV Technicians to support a live corporate conference being held at an Atlanta hotel this week. This role is hands-on and technical. Applicants must have real conference AV experience. Film or studio-only experience is not a fit. What the work looks like: You'll support live sessions and breakout rooms by assisting audio, video, and lighting teams as needed. This includes setup, show support, troubleshooting, and strike. Experience must include: Hotel or conference AV environments Basic understanding of audio, video, and signal flow Microphones, speakers, projection, and playback support Ability to follow run-of-show and direction from leads Expectations: Comfortable in client-facing environments Able to move between rooms and departments Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure Schedule: Immediate start, multi-day Pay: Day rate based on experience Attire: Show blacks, closed-toe shoes How to respond: Send a short summary of your conference AV experience, resume, availability, and contact info.
