Boom Operator needed for a low budget feature film shoot starting January 26th. Some experience is a plus but I'm also willing to train the right candidate. The shoot is a low budget thriller with a great up-and-coming cast, phenomenal script and a seasoned crew who have all worked together in the past. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get involved in filmmaking and/or has an interest in audio production specifically. This is a highly professional shoot with a director who has a very solid filmography. All equipment provided. I am a sound mixer with vast experience and I typically double as my own boom operator but I'm looking to train someone up to fill that position for me. It will certainly lead to more paying gigs in the future. While this project will be unpaid, I can pay for your gas/mileage and meals will be provided on each shooting date.
