We bring the weapons. THE ROLE As a Junior Talent Manager, you are being trained to become a full-spectrum manager or a specialist—your choice. You can focus on: * Actors (Film, TV, Theatre) * Television & Series Talent * Literary (writers, directors, creators) * Producers & project packaging * Influencers & digital creators * Or a hybrid lane you design yourself You are not boxed in. RESPONSIBILITIES * Build, manage, and grow talent rosters * Develop submission and career strategies * Communicate with casting directors, agents, producers, and buyers * Scout and sign talent * Coach clients on branding, positioning, and market fit * Track auditions, bookings, negotiations, and deal flow * Participate in packaging, capital raising, and project development * Operate like an owner, not an assistant THE JUNIOR PARTNER PROGRAM This role is a prove-yourself track.
