TOGI, aka Shane Stoffer, will select a limited number of eligible convicts in the Atlanta metro area, personally bail them out, and give them the chance to compete in a high-energy, Japanese-inspired game show for a shot at $20,000. Once TOGI posts their bail, contestants will tackle over-the-top obstacles in front of an interactive, high-energy studio audience in the craziest, zaniest game show imaginable.
