**CRAIGSLIST JOB POST – PODCAST STUDIO DESIGN & INSTALLATION** **Title:** Experienced Podcast Studio Designer / Installer Needed (3+ Years Experience) We are building a permanent, professional podcast studio in the Los Angeles area and are looking for an experienced creative/technician to design and install a complete turnkey setup. This is **not** a beginner project. We are seeking someone who has **at least 3 years of hands-on experience** building podcast or broadcast studios and can provide examples of previous work. ### Project Overview We're creating a premium studio environment inspired by productions such as **Call Her Daddy** and **Diary of a CEO**—clean, cinematic, professional, and designed for long-form interviews and recurring content. The system should be designed to remain current and reliable for **at least the next 18 months** without requiring major equipment upgrades. ### Scope of Work * Consult on final equipment recommendations * Design complete studio signal flow * Install and configure all equipment * Permanently mount and cable-manage all gear * Optimize audio quality and camera placement * Provide training on operation and basic troubleshooting ### Studio Requirements * **Three-camera setup** capable of professional-quality recording * **Three professional XLR microphones** * Audio routed through a dedicated mixer/interface * Ability to record isolated audio tracks * Switching capability for live production or simplified editing workflow * Permanent installation (not portable equipment) * Clean cable management and polished final appearance * Lighting recommendations and installation guidance * Equipment selected with longevity and reliability in mind ### Ideal Candidate * Minimum **3 years of experience** building podcast, YouTube, broadcast, or similar production environments * Strong understanding of audio signal flow and studio acoustics * Experience with multi-camera productions * Familiarity with professional equipment from brands such as Rode, Shure, Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, ATEM, etc. * Able to provide photos, videos, websites, or social media links showcasing previous installations * Reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented ### To Apply, Please Include: 1.
