I have a song that has lyrics that suggest the plot of a movie; my guess is that an experienced screenwriter with imagination would be able to take the lyrics, and use them as the corner stone or initial building block(s) to create a complete story, and that would be the source of a screenplay for a movie or TV-movie (Hint: Romance in a naval setting, around the time period of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies. Power-rock ballad kinda like in the same vein as "Everything I Do, I Do It For You"). I would like it if the person interested in this project would also be in a position to make the movie. I hope the result will be a commercial movie or TV movie (maybe Hallmark-Channel material, or a good historical "period-piece" movie? Who knows...) And I think the song, as part of the soundtrack, has the potential to be a hit, which would benefit everyone involved (A successful/popular movie would boost the song, and vice-versa, you get the idea!) If you are interested, please contact me, providing me with an e-mail address, a mailing address, and references showing actual experience with movie and/or TV production, and I will mail you a CD with the song, along with a printed lyric sheet [the song and lyrics are not online or downloadable.] Thank you for reading this, I hope we can work together on this!
