CASTING FUD – LENT (NON- UNION) Please send materials as soon as possible! We are completing casting by the end of the week (Friday, January 9th). PROJECT: FUD LENT SHOOTING DATE: January 13th in CDMX TRAVEL DAYS: January 12th and January 14th VIRTUAL CALLBACK: TBC, if needed FITTING: January 12th TERRITORY: United States MEDIA: Digital USAGE PERIOD: 6 months COMPETITION: Oscar Mayer and Casique, Land O' Frost PAY: • $1,000 USD • Travel expenses for 2 travel days: $150 USD • Transportation LA - CDMX • Accommodation for 2 nights The budget includes wardrobe fitting, the usage of the full digital campaign and one shoot day. The contract will be in Spanish; it is signed for 3 years of competition, in which the client can opt to renew the usage for more than 6 months or not. PAYMENT DATE: At the end of the shoot. PROFILES AND ACTING: • Male, 22–32 years old (or who looks that age). Mexican-American profile: must speak native English and have at least basic Spanish. Looking for someone born and raised in the U.S. with a Mexican family background. No blonde / light-featured looks. • Female, 60–75 years old (or who looks that age). Mexican or first-generation U.S. profile: bilingual. Spanish must be native with a Mexican accent; English should be fluent, with a noticeable Latin accent. If there is a REAL grandmother–grandson pair, we will also accept submissions from them, only if the relationship is real. We do not accept individual female profiles aged 22–32. ACTING: Solo: Looking directly into the camera, share the steps and ingredients of a recipe that takes you back to your childhood. As you describe it, include the small details that make it unique: the people who taught you how to prepare it, their gestures, their phrases, their rituals. Tell us how, over time, this recipe became more than just food and turned into a meaningful family memory filled with special moments. Grandson: Speaks mainly in English, with a few words or phrases in Spanish. Grandmother: Speaks mainly in Spanish, with a few words or phrases in English. Suggested duration: 30–60 seconds. DUOS: If there is a real pair with an actual relationship, it would be ideal for them to record together. At the beginning of the video, please clarify that you have a real relationship and specify which one (grandmother/grandson, aunt/nephew, friends, etc.). Then, share the recipe along with anecdotes, or a family story that connects you. Suggested duration (for pairs): 1–2 minutes.
