THIS IS A REMOTE GIG — you can film yourself at home from anywhere. (Craigslist requires a location, but you do NOT need to be in this city.) This will be used for a montage at the end of the film — people watching in a blank / hypnotized / zombie-like way. We need a bunch of people for a mosaic-style montage (more info when you respond). DETAILS Remote / at-home You film yourself (or you + a partner/friend) watching TV Simple instructions provided Short, easy shoot IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT VIDEO QUALITY (PLEASE READ) We've been getting great responses so far — thank you! The only issue we've run into is video clarity and file size. Because each clip is about 45 seconds, iPhones/iMessage often compress the video when you text or email it. Sometimes it comes through around 720p (which can be usable), but we really prefer 1080p. If the file comes through closer to 480p, it becomes too small and grainy to use in the film. No worries at all if you're not super tech-savvy — we're very patient and happy to help. But please try to record on the highest quality setting on your phone (and make sure any "low resolution" option is turned OFF). BEST WAY TO SEND (RECOMMENDED): The best success rate so far has been using WeTransfer (or WeSendIt) to send the video in full quality. Dropbox is ok too. WeTransfer is free and you don't need to sign up.
