What You'll Be Doing: * Content Creation: Pitching creative ideas, filming short-form video (Reels/TikToks/IG), and capturing high-quality photos. * Editing: Bringing footage to life with quick, engaging edits for YouTube and social platforms. * Digital Cleanup: Refining our current online presence to ensure a professional and cohesive look. * Ops & Organization: Managing content calendars and keeping our production schedule on track. * Travel: Most work is in NYC, but you must be ready to hit the road with the team if a project calls for it. What We're Looking For: * The Gear: You must own your own production equipment (high-end smart mobile phone or camera + editing software). * The Eye: You understand lighting, framing, and what makes a video "scroll-stopping." * The Hustle: You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged. * The Vibe: Professional, reliable, and able to adapt to a fast-paced family office environment.
