We are producing a 50 episode micro drama thriller series and are looking for talented crew members ready to make something real. --------------------------------------- OPEN POSITIONS --------------------------------------- DP / EDITOR — $500 stipend FLAT RATE One role, one person. You shoot it, you cut it. Looking for a DP who also edits their own work. Delivering 50 polished vertical episodes (9:16) for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Shoot in 4k horizontally to repurpose it for YouTube videos as well. Cinematic, intimate shooting style. Practical lighting. Color grading experience a strong plus. *Experience needed, Please have your own equipment* You should be comfortable with: — Shooting on mirrorless camera or phone + gimbal — Lighting a single interior and exterior location with a small LED kit — Editing micro-format content (60 sec episodes) — Color grading for mood 1ST ASSISTANT DIRECTOR — $300 stipend FLAT RATE You will: Build and manage the daily shooting schedule. Keep the production on time, without slowing momentum. Call the day, control transitions, and move us from setup to setup efficiently. Communicate clearly with director, DP, and all departments. Anticipate problems before they happen. Make real time decisions when time is slipping. SOUND RECORDIST — $300 stipend FLAT RATE Thrillers live and die by audio. We need someone who runs lavs and boom, monitors live, and genuinely cares about clean atmospheric sound in a practical interior environment. *Experience needed* GAFFER/GRIP — $300 stipend FLAT RATE One person to set and adjust lights while the DP frames and operates. Lights everything. Moves gear. LED panels, practicals, and a good eye. *Experience needed* SCRIPT SUPERVISOR — $200 stipend FLAT RATE Continuity tracking is critical on a 50 episode shoot. You are organized, fast on your feet, and cool under pressure. Eyes on the monitor, during every single take. Track exactly what was shot, what the actors said, where every prop was placed, what direction someone was facing, what they were wearing, what hand they used. *Experience needed* --------------------------------------- WHAT YOU GET --------------------------------------- — Thank-you stipend (see above) — Full produced series credit - 50 episodes also TAGGED credit on all social media platforms it will be posted on ( total of over 1.7 Million followers) — Strong written professional reference letter — Meals provided for cast and crew on ALL filming days — Full project details upon selection --------------------------------------- THE STORY --------------------------------------- A woman is given a location and told to lay low. Shooting at a private house, indoors and outdoors. Production will shoot during the day and at night. Single location for the entire series.
