Paid Shoot Days | Flexible | Potential for Repeat Gigs We're a venture-backed food & nutrition startup producing high-performing social media advertising, and we're looking for a reliable, confident person to join our crew as a UGC Shoot Director / Talent Coach. This is a crew gig—not a traditional job opening. We produce shoots throughout the year and are looking for someone we can call when production days are scheduled. If it's a good fit, we'd love to continue working together on future shoots. ABOUT THE ROLE Your job is simple: Make sure we leave every shoot with all the footage we need. You'll work directly with creators and actors, coaching them through scripts, directing multiple takes, making sure product interactions are captured correctly, and keeping the shoot organized and moving efficiently. Think less "Hollywood director" and more "talent coach." Your goal is to help people give their best performance on camera while making sure every required shot is captured before they leave. RESPONSIBILITIES • Help coordinate creators and actors for upcoming shoots. • Prepare using scripts and shot lists. • Coach talent through multiple takes. • Ensure every required line, angle, and product interaction is captured. • Review footage before wrap so nothing is missed. • Help create a fun, organized, professional set. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You don't need years of production experience. We're looking for someone who is: • Confident and comfortable directing people. • Organized and detail-oriented. • Positive, assertive, and professional. • Interested in startups, advertising, content creation, or production. • Dependable and easy to work with. Experience as a production assistant, content creator, UGC creator, actor, acting coach, or on-set crew member is a plus, but not required. COMPENSATION • $60–$75 per completed shoot session. • Most sessions are approximately 2 hours. • Opportunity for repeat gigs. TO APPLY Reply with: • A few sentences about yourself. • Any relevant production, creator, or performance experience. • A LinkedIn, Instagram, portfolio, or reel (optional). • Bonus: Include a quick 30–60 second selfie video introducing yourself and telling us why you'd be great at coaching talent on camera. We're looking to bring someone on quickly for upcoming shoots.
