Hi everyone! We are an independent production company developing a documentary about modern addiction and the ways technology, apps, and online platforms can quietly take over our lives. We're looking to speak with young adults (18-38) who have struggled with habits or behaviors they felt were becoming difficult to control. The film is focused on real people and personal experiences rather than experts or statistics. We are interested in hearing from: * People who feel they spend too much time on social media * Former or current gaming addicts * People who struggle with doomscrolling or phone addiction * Individuals who have become dependent on AI companions, chatbots, or virtual relationships * People affected by online gambling or sports betting * Content creators who felt trapped by the pressure to constantly post * Anyone who has tried to quit or regain control of a digital habit You do not need to have a dramatic story. Sometimes the most relatable experiences are the everyday struggles many people quietly deal with. If you're interested, please send a little information about yourself, your age, where you're located, and a brief description of your experience. Please no actors or crew submissions at this time. Thank you!
