You do need a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to improve your craft. Responsibilities Projects may include: ✔Weekly filming sessions (1–3 hours) ✔ Documentary-style storytelling ✔ Behind-the-scenes content ✔ Interviews ✔ Community events ✔ Product showcases ✔ Social media content ✔ YouTube videos ✔ Short-form edits (Reels, Shorts & TikTok) ✔ Livestream support (a plus) What Success Looks Like We're looking for someone who understands that GREAT content isn't about recording everything. It's about capturing the RIGHT moments. Every project should help answer questions like: ➖ Who are we? ➖Why does this matter? ➖What impact are we creating? ➖ Why should someone care? If those questions excite you, you'll probably enjoy working with us.
