We are a new sports fitness startup. Our app activates workout exercises in real time based on live professional game action, e.g. a home run activates push-ups, a strikeout triggers a plank. The games run your workout. We're hiring 2-3 on-camera hosts in the LA area to be the faces of our official Twitch and YouTube channels, streaming live during every Dodgers game, using our app, talking baseball, and building a community of fans who want to move while they watch. This is a chance to get on camera, build a name for yourself in the sports content space, and be a founding voice of a brand that's launching nationally. What you'd be doing: Streaming live on Twitch/YouTube during Dodgers games (~3 hours per stream - 15 minutes of pre-game, the game itself, and 15 minutes of post-game reaction, longer if it goes to extra innings). You'll watch the game, use the app, do the workouts as they activate in real time, and bring the energy - talking the game, reacting to plays, working out on camera, and engaging with viewers in chat. This is the role for you if: - You live in the Los Angeles area with reliable transportation to and from our streaming location in Hancock Park - You know the Dodgers/baseball - players, storylines, history, etc. - You're reasonably fit, or actively working toward it (you'll be doing real exercises on camera for hours) - You have on-camera presence and can carry a room solo for three hours - You're reliable and can commit to a regular streaming schedule - 1-3 days per week - Bonus: you have experience with OBS or have streamed before. What we provide: - A fully equipped streaming setup - cameras, lighting, audio, computer - Exercise equipment - Clean, safe, curated streaming studio - All branded stream overlays, graphics, and broadcast assets - Onboarding and full training on our streaming workflow - Ongoing creative and technical support - A platform to build your name in front of a growing audience What you bring: - Your personality, your energy, your voice - Baseball knowledge and commentary - Creative mindset towards developing stream format - WE WANT YOUR IDEAS! - Reliable transportation to and from our streaming location in Hancock Park - Basic workout clothing - Regular feedback on app features/bugs - Bonus: if you have social media marketing experience there will be extra opportunity for producing clips from your stream footage. Pay: - $20/hour - Paid per stream (~3 hours per Dodgers game) - Revenue share (this is a new channel so this will kick in once we qualify) - Performance bonuses. - Bonus opportunities for content creation beyond stream hours - W-2 employment with all California labor protections (workers comp, paid sick leave, etc.) This is a seasonal role through the end of the MLB postseason in October, with potential to extend into NFL season.
