THE HERO'S QUEST is a non-profit based in Glendale. Our mission is to teach elementary aged students social skills & emotional regulation through the framework of D&D. The program is currently in six public schools within the Glendale area. One of our board directors "dabbles" in web design and has created this, which has served its purpose. https://www.jointheherosquest.com/ We are now looking to upgrade to the next level. The "next level" is bringing on someone who would be passionate about lending their services to our mission. As we continue to grow we would absolutely love for this to turn into a paid position but we are not there yet. We are still dialing in branding and aesthetic. One of our board members is 20 years in the entertainment industry as a director & producer (commercial marketing & video production) who you'd be collaborating with and figuring out creative. It is a great program and we truly do have a wonderful team that is making a big difference. If this sounds interesting, please reach out with any relevant information that would help us choose you. Experience with web design, experience with D&D, passion about helping students, work samples if applicable. This is a work from home, at your leisure request. We are not in a time crunch but small consistent work productivity be more important than large scale bursts at random intervals of time. Committing 30 minutes a day would be absolutely incredibly. Likewise, committing a ton of time upfront and then "being done" would also be acceptable. We are based in WIX and would like to stay within their platform.
