We're looking to build a core team around an emerging rapper. We're looking for 3 people who are willing and ready to work in the industry. First person would mainly be recording all vlog content. If you have a camera and can edit, that's a plus but not required. All that is a required is a relatively new iPhone. You will capture vlog style content and be expected to deliver it regularly in a number of formats. Talk to the artist, capture candid moments, and show how life really is. Second person is the BTS point. A camera is preferred unless you can create magic with a phone. You're point on all Behind The Scenes content like, video footage of the artists shooting a video and exclusive photos. Your goal is capture the shots others can't. You will deliver less volume but much higher quality - video and photo. You're the all access person. Finally, we need a general point person. You know everything and anything about what is happening and why. You'll know who is who and how to reach them and when things are supposed to happen and why. You'll work with person 1 and 2 and others to get all this content delivered and distributed to socials and other places where needed. Obviously a phone is crucial and a laptop as well. The artist is heavy in video and lifestyle content and you will help amplify that so we can execute our strategy. Expectations and commitment are very simple: show up, be present, and expect to build long term. If you're a rapper, or an artists or you want to have your own work at the forefront and using this an a networking opportunity for your own music, you will not be considered. We know what we're looking for and what we need. This is an opportunity to build connections and relationships in the industry as the artists goes on to label pitching this July. Compensation: Right now we cannot pay very much but bare minimum we can reimburse gas and food (as agreed per job). For your work to deliver content we can discuss a fair compensation for that!
