We are building our complete event production, marketing, and media team for a major upcoming fall music and cultural festival. We are looking for dependable, proactive professionals and ambitious college students across administrative, creative, field, and promotional roles. OPEN POSITIONS: EVENT OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR AND PRODUCTION COORDINATOR This is a paid role. We are seeking an organized Event Administrator to act as the right hand to executive management. Responsibilities include managing communication between vendors, talent, DJs, and staffing teams, keeping schedules running on time, and tracking paperwork and check in rosters. RECRUITMENT AND OUTREACH SPECIALISTS We need Vendor Recruiters to scout and lock in food trucks, beverage booths, apparel, and retail vendors with commission paid on booked booths. We also need Influencer Scouts to secure social media personalities, as well as Ambassador Coordinators to recruit campus representatives. COLLEGE INTERNSHIPS AND MEDIA CREW We are accepting Student Photographers to capture live stage performances, VIP areas, and festival crowds with full portfolio rights. Student Videographers are needed to film recap footage and behind the scenes moments. Stage and Venue Decorators are needed to assist with photo backdrops and VIP lounge staging. Course credit points and documentation are provided. PROMOTION, AMBASSADORS AND TICKETING Campus and Brand Ambassadors will promote festival tickets across campus networks and social media, earning direct cash commission on every ticket and VIP package sold. Street Promo Footwork Crew members will distribute flyers at high traffic hubs, local venues, and community events. ON SITE OPERATIONS AND SECURITY Floor Staff and Event Runners will assist with check in, wristband verification, and VIP hosting. Venue Security and Access Control will monitor entry gates and VIP access. COMPENSATION AND PERKS: The Event Administrator and operational staff receive direct compensation. Ambassadors and Recruiters receive direct cash commission on ticket and vendor sales. College Interns receive official internship evaluation paperwork, supervisor sign offs, and verified course credit documentation. All team members receive festival access wristbands.
