A small creative studio and event space is seeking a motivated and resourceful event promoter to help grow attendance for our in-house events and community programming. We host a variety of experiences including film nights, creative workshops, networking events and other community-focused events throughout the month and year. We are looking for someone who understands how to connect with the right audiences, build excitement around events, and help grow an engaged community. **Compensation** • Commission-based compensation tied to ticket sales • Typical earnings range from **$100-$400+ per event • 2-4 events per month on average • $50 bonus after your first event with 10+ ticket sales • Earn extra incentives for bringing back returning guests month after month • Pay issued after each event **Responsibilities** • Help drive attendance for studio events through your network, social media, community groups, online platforms, or other outreach methods • Share and promote upcoming events to potential attendees • Identify audiences that may be interested in specific events • Help grow a community of repeat attendees over time The primary goal of this role is simple: help get the right people through the door.
