(V2) Technicians – Live Events Step into 2026 with high-energy shows, great crews, and real production experience We're kicking off 2026 with a busy live-events calendar and are looking for (V2) Technicians to support dynamic productions. This role is perfect for hands-on technicians who thrive in fast-paced environments, take pride in clean execution, and enjoy being part of a professional show crew. If you love building, aligning, troubleshooting, and making the screen look perfect when the lights go up—this is your lane. What You'll Be Doing: Build, dress, and strike fast-fold projection screens Size, align, and fine-tune projected images using keystone, corner stone, and projector menus Manage and understand video signal flow from source to screen Distribute multiple video feeds to projectors and DSMs (downstage monitors) Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of video systems Work side-by-side with V1s, AV Leads, and show crew Troubleshoot video, playback, and signal issues quickly and calmly during live shows What You Bring: Proven experience as a V2 or live-event video technician Strong knowledge of projector setup, alignment, and calibration Solid understanding of signal distribution (switchers, DAs, SDI/HDMI workflows) Familiarity with PowerPoint and Keynote Ability to troubleshoot playback, resolution, and signal issues under pressure Reliable, punctual, professional, and safety-minded Ability to lift and move AV equipment as required Must Have Experience With: Live corporate, church, or concert events Common playback systems (laptops, media servers, switchers) Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Why Join Us in 2026?
