We're looking for a female on-camera co-host for a conversational video podcast about creativity, filmmaking, and life behind the scenes in Hollywood. About the Project: We're producing a conversational video-podcast mini-series called "BTL – The Road Sessions," an extension of the upcoming creative show mainly for YouTube platform. The format blends filmmaking, creativity, and real-life reflections, offering an honest, behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to bring ideas to life with limited resources and lots of imagination. Episodes are short (10 to 12 minutes) and shot in a conversational format, two hosts discussing film, art, and the creative process with humor, chemistry, and authenticity. The Role: We're looking for a female co-host with a naturally engaging personality, someone curious, expressive, and comfortable on camera. Ideal candidates are open-minded storytellers who enjoy conversation, art, culture, and filmmaking. No experience as a podcaster is required, but you should feel confident speaking and thinking spontaneously. This is a collaboration-based position during our initial phase ("Phase Zero"). Once the series is officially launched, the co-host will continue independently hosting the podcast under the Behind the Lens brand, with full credit and potential revenue participation as the show grows. We would love to see * Someone between 25–40 (flexible) * Great conversational energy and presence * Interest in film, storytelling, or creative culture * Reliability and good communication * Los Angeles, based preferred. To Apply Please include: A few sentences about yourself and why this project resonates with you. A link to your Instagram, YouTube, or any on-camera work (if available). If you don't have one, please record a short 1 or 2-minute self-tape (using your phone is fine) talking about a topic like "What creativity means to you" or "Your favorite film and why." About the Creator Project led by a seasoned American-Argentine director and producer with experience developing independent film and creative content. The goal is to build a small but powerful team of storytellers for this next chapter.
