I bought this new from B&H and have never used-- it's been stored in my closet and was only tested to make sure all the pieces were there and worked. Nice little piece, but I only really do a Gimbal/handheld. I bought it for $200 so it's great deal. Looking to find it a nice home. Let me know if you have any questions, thanks! https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1483527-REG/filmcity_fc_02_dslr_camera_cage_shoulder.html/
