We are known for our professionalism, reliability, and well-maintained fleet. We are seeking a skilled, hands-on technician to help maintain and support our growing operation. Position Overview We are hiring a Fleet Maintenance & Support Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and preparation of our trucks and trailers. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys a variety of hands-on tasks, and takes pride in keeping equipment clean, safe, and customer-ready. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in RVs and trailers Perform minor repairs including: Plumbing (taps, drains, water tanks) Electrical (12V DC / 120V AC systems, switches, outlets, lighting) Carpentry (installing hooks, caulking, minor fixtures) Mechanical (brakes, fluids, batteries) Troubleshoot and repair RV appliances Prep and paint steel frames and wheels Clean and organize the shop and yard daily Assist customers during vehicle pick-up and drop-off Move trailers between storage yards Handle deliveries and pickups for events Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors Operate forklifts safely and efficiently Qualifications Required Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record (Flexible for an otherwise exceptional candidate) Reliable, punctual, and honest Strong work ethic and positive attitude Mechanically inclined and comfortable using power tools Able to work independently and as part of a team Assets (Not Required) Welding or metal fabrication experience (steel/aluminum) Experience working with RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles Compensation & Benefits $30.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience) Full-time position (40 hours per week) Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime Benefits available after 3-month probation: Dental care Extended health care Supportive, down-to-earth work environment Variety of hands-on work with opportunities to learn and grow
