Very special camera. Starting in mid-2010, 99% of Hollywood films would be filmed on one of the ALEXA models with this sensor, ALEV 3, for the next decade or so. When I say "Hollywood", I mean the best-of-the-best, all across the world, top-tier productions. No matter who you purchase one from, every person who loves cameras should have the joy of using an ARRI at least once in life. Simply unbelievable motion pictures. The dynamic range, color and skintones are truly like nothing else; gorgeous 35mm-like motion pictures with the 444 texture grading so beautifully. Kit includes: - PL mount - Top handle - ProRes 444 license - Gold mount battery plate - 1 gold mount battery (just to get you started) - 1 gold mount battery charger *The AC cable that you partly see in the photo is a separate purchase. If you do a lot of studio/indoor work and you don't own any gold mount batteries then it could offset the cost of the batteries and then in that case should be highly considered for unlimited power.* Condition notes: - Body is excellent - Internal status displaying: "Good" (standard) - Approximately 4300 hours - A couple of marks on the IR glass (This is what you see when you take the camera body cap off. A lot of people call it the "sensor", but the actual sensor chip is behind it and closed off and the marks don't affect picture quality, especially for shallow DOF which most people would have with this camera.)
