We are a well-established, mid-size film studio and soundstage seeking an experienced freelance marketing consultant to help increase studio bookings. This is not a traditional social media position. We're looking for someone who understands the production industry, knows how studios are marketed, and understands who makes the decisions when booking production space. You should already understand the production industry, how soundstages operate, and who makes studio booking decisions. If not, this probably isn't the right fit. This is a freelance, project-by-project position with the opportunity for an ongoing relationship. You Must Understand Our Industry You should already know the production ecosystem and understand how to reach decision-makers such as: * Executive Producers * Producers * Line Producers * Production Managers * Unit Production Managers (UPMs) * Agency Producers * Commercial Producers * Creative Directors * Location Managers * Production Companies * Brand Marketing Teams * Photo Producers What We're Looking For * Proven experience marketing within the film, television, commercial, photography, or production industry * Strong understanding of branding, brand strategy, and maintaining a consistent brand identity * Ability to create compelling photo, video, and written content that stays on-brand * Expertise in Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms * Experience using AI tools to improve marketing, content creation, and workflow * Ability to develop campaigns that generate measurable business results * Self-motivated, strategic, creative, and able to work independently * Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills Typical Projects * Social media strategy and content creation * Brand strategy and brand management * Marketing campaigns * Email marketing * Industry outreach * Business development initiatives * AI-powered marketing workflows * Identifying new opportunities to increase studio bookings To Apply Please send us: * A brief proposal outlining how you would market a mid-size film studio and soundstage. * Your résumé and LinkedIn profile. * Your portfolio. * Examples of brands, campaigns, or social media accounts you've managed. * Case studies with measurable results. * Your freelance rates (hourly, project-based, or retainer). * Your availability.
