Project Overview We're looking for an experienced video producer to help us create authentic, conversation-based content for a new golf fitness company. This is not a traditional commercial shoot. We're looking for someone who understands how to capture natural conversations that can be edited into high-performing short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Meta advertising. Our goal is to spend one afternoon filming and leave with enough high-quality footage to create dozens of educational and founder videos. If the first project is successful, we'd like to build an ongoing relationship and film new content every 1–2 months. About Golf Fit Golf Fit helps golfers improve their game by improving the way their body moves. Rather than selling generic workouts, we analyze how a golfer moves, identify physical limitations that affect their swing, and deliver personalized weekly fitness plans designed to help them play better golf. Our brand is premium, educational, authentic, and built around trust. What We're Looking For Someone who can: Plan and direct a founder interview or conversation Help create a relaxed environment where authentic conversation happens naturally Recommend camera placement, lighting, audio, and staging Film using professional equipment Capture high-quality B-roll Record excellent audio Think like a content creator—not just a videographer Understand what makes engaging short-form social content Experience producing founder content, podcasts, educational videos, or social media content is highly preferred. Golf experience is a plus but not required. First Project One half-day or full-day shoot in the Los Angeles area. Deliverables include: One long-form conversation (60–90 minutes) Multiple camera setup Professional audio B-roll of founder, golf setting, movement, and lifestyle Raw footage delivered after the shoot Optional (please quote separately): Editing into 20–50 short social clips Color correction Captions Thumbnail creation Vertical formatting for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok Ideal Candidate You understand that people connect with authentic conversations—not scripted commercials. You've created founder content, podcasts, interviews, educational videos, or social media content that feels natural and engaging. You're comfortable directing non-professional talent and helping them relax on camera. You know how to create content that can be repurposed into dozens of social media clips.
