I'm looking for a creative, reliable person early in their career to work full-time and long-term as my content partner and social media manager. This is not freelance, not agency, and not a short-term gig. This role is for someone who wants to grow with one person over time, learn how to build a personal brand properly, and eventually take real ownership of social media and content creation. I'm a founder and a mother. I homeschool my children, run multiple projects, and have a busy household. The people I work with tend to stay for years because I value loyalty, discretion, growth, and a calm, respectful environment. I'm looking for someone who wants that kind of stability and long-term opportunity. What you'll be doing (and growing into): • Filming and editing short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) • Helping make social pages cohesive and scroll-worthy • Learning and executing storytelling edits, including: • faceless content • reenactments • cinematic-style edits (Zach T Films–style) • Assisting with personal brand content, daily life, and business storytelling • Helping with posting, captions, trends, and basic analytics • Taking on more responsibility as trust builds You do not need to be perfect. You do need to be coachable, curious, and committed. Pay: $4,000–$5,500/month depending on experience Raises as responsibility increases.
