We are a local AV company here in Atlanta! We need experienced stagehands to support a corporate conference set up for AV services for a multi-day event being hosted at a downtown Atlanta hotel. This is live event / conference AV work. Film sets or general labor backgrounds alone are not sufficient. Required Experience (please read carefully): Applicants should have hands-on experience in conference or corporate AV environments, including: Building and striking pipe and drape systems Assembling and breaking down fast-fold projection screens Running, dressing, and taping cable safely in public spaces Assisting with breakout room setups (tables, chairs, risers, AV carts) Supporting audio, video, and lighting departments during load-in and strike Working around active show schedules and client-facing environments Building lighting trees, building stages, loading/unloading a truck You should be able to: Follow direction from department leads and show leadership Move efficiently without disrupting presenters or attendees Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times Handle physical work for extended periods Schedule: Starting Sunday (load-in, show days, strike) Pay: Day rate Attire: Show blacks required, closed-toe shoes To apply: Reply with a brief summary of your conference or corporate AV stagehand experience, availability, and best contact number.
