Hi there, My name is Jon, in my mid-30s. I'm a full-time professional looking for a project manager to create timelines and deadlines for a few initiatives I am juggling. In addition to my 9-5 tech job, I'm also: - Producing and directing a film - In graduate school - Searching for new career / job opportunities It's been challenging to balance. I'm seeking someone to help me organize all of these things into clear guidelines: what I need to do this week to move forward on each one forward and what can be delegated and pushed out. I want to work with someone to help me set clear and measurable goals, and be held accountable to do them. You should have experience organizing projects for others, building timelines, and breaking multi-month or multi-year initiatives into manageable weekly or monthly plans. You should have a clear point of view on what and how to delegate, and experimented using project management systems so together, we can choose what works best. In short, you should be highly organized and have a track record of moving projects forward. Compensation: $38/hour for 3 to 4 hours per week. This would be a mix of remote, and occasionally in-person (Santa Monica). Great for a bit of extra money for someone who is already doing other things part time, but I don't foresee this being more than 4 hours a week. Good for highly organized people with strong computer skills that might be doing other jobs part-time and have a genuine interest and passion for helping people organize initiatives. Perfect for a student or someone looking for a small side job with occasional hours. Share a bit about your background, as well as a bit on previous systems or tools you've found to be most helpful in past project management. That way, I can better understand if you might be a good fit. Let me know if this part-time job sounds interesting. Thank you ! Jon
