We're shooting a live-action video for a fintech client. Small, mobile crew. Handheld/gimbal/Tripod only. Two locations: Times Square (near Nasdaq LED) and a nearby Midtown office. When: Saturday November 15th, 9:00 AM in Times Square. Hours: Half-day, ~6 hours Pay: $600 (Zelle or Cash) Gear: Prefer Sony (A7S III/A1) or Canon R8 + DJI RS gimbal + pro audio (1–2 lavs DJI). Fast primes/zooms for street + office. You are - NYC street-shoot fluent (can work fast in crowds, gimbal and smooth). Comfortable capturing short sound bytes (clean dialog in busy environments). Able to guide non-actors for 1–2 lines naturally. Will have Director on site as well doing most of that. Audio-savvy (lav placement, wind control, safe levels). Bonus: Familiar with Letter-in-Lieu (handheld filming compliance). What you'll cover - Times Square: crowd reactions to the Nasdaq board, hero B-roll, quick vox pops (1–2 lines). Office: light vérité (scan QR, desk action, group vibe), 2 short sit-downs + live b-roll of people "working" in the office. Lights: portable LED light tripods & chimera light-box preferred for office scenes and 2 short interviews there. Deliverables (same day handoff) All raw footage + audio (card dump on-site + link). Quick selects folder for hero shots (optional but appreciated). Codecs: ProRes or high-bit H.264/265; 23.976 or 24p. Can also do 4K if possible. Redundancy: dual card recording if available.
