I'm looking for a highly skilled video creator/editor to help build and scale sports and fantasy sports YouTube content with serious viral potential. This is NOT a generic editing role. I'm looking for someone who understands: • YouTube retention and pacing • Viral sports content and storytelling • Short-form hooks and attention-grabbing edits • Sports culture, fantasy sports, betting, or DFS content • Thumbnail/title psychology • How to make viewers stop scrolling The ideal creator can take concepts, clips, stats, commentary, reactions, highlights, memes, and trending sports topics and turn them into highly engaging videos built for growth. Content may include: NFL / Fantasy Football NBA / DFS ⚾ MLB Viral sports commentary Shorts designed specifically for views and engagement (and some with an eye on product conversion) This role is best for someone entrepreneurial who wants to grow alongside a brand rather than simply collect flat freelance payments. IMPORTANT: The financial structure is unconventional and performance-oriented. I want to be upfront about that immediately. This is NOT currently a standard high upfront salary position. Instead, I'm looking for someone confident in their abilities who sees the upside in building something that can scale aggressively over time.
