Looking for an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose and fix a persistent buzzing/rattling noise coming from HVAC pipes in our commercial photo/video studio in Long Island City.Location: Standard Motors Building, 37-18 Northern Blvd, LIC (5th floor)The job: Walk the HVAC system and identify the source of the buzzing/rattling Fix in the same visit (loose dampers, hangers, ducts, or whatever the source turns out to be) One-time job, not a service contract What we need: Licensed and insured HVAC technician Experience with commercial buildings Available this week Bring tools to fix common issues on-site (loose connections, brackets, dampers, balancing, etc.) What to send: Hourly or flat-rate diagnosis fee Typical fix-on-site rate Earliest availability this week Brief background / years of experience COI capability (we may need a Certificate of Insurance for building access) This is a working studio - the noise is audible during shoots and needs to be resolved quickly.
