Now Hiring: In-House Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator (Bilingual - English/Spanish) Location: Lawrenceville Are you passionate about creating content that gets noticed? Do you stay on top of the latest social media trends, AI tools, and editing apps? If so, we want you on our team! We are looking for an experienced, in-house Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to help grow the online presence of our companies. This is not a remote position—you'll be in the office and out in the field capturing real content from our crews and operations. Responsibilities: - Create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) - Visit job sites to photograph and film our crews in action. - Produce eye-catching videos, reels, graphics, and marketing materials. - Use the latest AI tools and editing software to create professional, modern content. - Develop and help execute our overall marketing strategy. - Maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms. - Work closely with management to promote our services, team, and company culture. - Track content performance and suggest new ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness. Qualifications: - Proven experience creating social media content and managing business marketing. - Portfolio of previous work is required (please include links with your application). - Experience using AI content creation tools and the latest editing applications. - Strong photography and videography skills. - Excellent writing and communication skills. - Bilingual (English & Spanish) required to effectively communicate with our field crews. - Self-motivated, creative, organized, and dependable. - Comfortable working both in an office and outdoors at active job sites. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
