CONFINEMENT Male & Female | All Ages | All Ethnicities Seeking a diverse group of professional or experienced television news anchors and reporters for short voice-over roles in a climactic montage sequence near the end of the indie thriller CONFINEMENT. The voices will be heard briefly as a mosaic of people watch breaking coverage of the developing story on their television screens. "This just in… beloved journalist Peter Osgood has been recovered, and it looks like it could be…" SUBMISSION Please submit a link to your website, demo reel, or voice sample. We would especially love to hear from real-life journalists, news anchors, reporters, spokespersons, and podcasters if possible. We already have a few broadcasters lined up, but we are looking to add several more voices. Not a real newscaster? No problem. We prefer performers with real-world broadcast experience, but voice actors and other performers are still welcome to submit. We would especially like to hear older/mature voices, but performers of all ages are welcome to submit. COMPENSATION & CREDIT A $50 stipend is available for the short voice-over. This should be fun and easy and can most likely be done from home. You will receive credit in the end credits and IMDb credit. A home studio/quality home recording setup is a plus. CONFINEMENT is a low-budget independent thriller that is already listed on IMDb and has received press. We are based in New York but are currently filming in Wilmington, NC.
