We're a fast-growing comedy trio looking for a talented editor who thrives in short-form content and understands comedic timing, pacing, and the rhythm that makes sketches hit. Our team is made up of writers and performers with strong industry experience, including training from top comedy institutions like The Groundlings and UCB. As our content output continues to grow, editing has become too demanding to manage in-house, and we're looking for someone who can step in as a creative partner—ideally someone interested in building with us long-term. Our goal is to consistently release multiple videos per week, and we're looking for an editor who not only understands short-form comedy, but can match or emulate the editing style of creators such as: @thecontentmachine @almostfriday @trevorwallace @thatsbadidea We're looking for someone with a strong sense of comedic pacing, sharp instincts for cuts and punchlines, and an understanding of what performs well on platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. **Compensation:** • Videos under 30 seconds: $25 • Videos between 30 seconds – 1 minute: $35 • Videos between 1 minute – 1:30 minutes: $45 • Videos between 1:30 – 2 minutes: $60 • Videos between 2 – 3 minutes: $75 This is a great opportunity for someone who loves comedy content and wants to collaborate with a team creating consistently and ambitiously.
