The victim asserts that the near-fatal ambush on Ventura Boulevard was not a random act of street violence or an opportunistic mugging, but a deliberate, contract-style hit funded and orchestrated by outside parties. The primary motive behind this targeted attack stems directly from the victim's investigative social media film project titled "Murder Mile, and the Homeless Ghosts of Encino, California," broadcast on TikTok under the handle @jasonwildman3. The film series aimed to expose systemic, underground criminal activity targeting vulnerable, unhoused residents in the San Fernando Valley. Specifically, the project investigated long-standing claims regarding the forced disappearances, homicides, and potential illicit organ harvesting or exploitation of unhoused individuals in Encino. By bringing public visibility to these allegations through real-time field reporting and online broadcasts, the creator threatened to disrupt an established, covert criminal operation. The assault on February 27, 2025—utilizing a coordinated combination of an attack dog, an armed assailant, and a poisoned edge weapon—was executed to silence the creator, terminate the production of the documentary series, and deter further investigation. SECTION 2: THE TIKTOK INVESTIGATIVE PROJECT ("MURDER MILE") Concept, Scope, and Methodology In the months leading up to the attack, the content creator produced and published a multi-part digital documentary series on TikTok titled "Murder Mile, and the Homeless Ghosts of Encino, California." The series focused on a specific commercial and transit corridor in Encino along Ventura Boulevard and adjacent side streets, dubbed "Murder Mile" within the context of the project. The investigative focus of the series was built around several key premises: The Disappearance of Encino's Unhoused Population: The project highlighted a stark demographic anomaly—the noticeable, unnatural absence or rapid turnover of unhoused individuals in the affluent community of Encino compared to surrounding San Fernando Valley neighborhoods (such as Tarzana, Sherman Oaks, and Van Nuys). Systemic Kidnapping and Homicide Allegations: The series presented allegations that unhoused men and women were being routinely targeted, abducted, and murdered over extended periods. Illicit Organ Trafficking and Exploitation: A core premise of the series suggested that these disappearances were linked to lucrative black-market organ harvesting, specialized medical exploitation, or organized human trafficking operations operating under the cover of suburban obscurity. On-the-Ground Reporting: Operating as an insider within the local unhoused community due to personal housing challenges at the time, the creator gathered firsthand observational data, location footage, and local accounts, broadcasting these updates directly to an online audience. Impact and Escalation of Risk As the TikTok series gained traction, the creator began naming specific locations, times, and patterns observed along Ventura Boulevard. By transitioning from general commentary to localized, real-time reporting in Encino, the project crossed a threshold from passive observation to active disruption. In illicit criminal enterprises—particularly those involving severe human rights violations, human trafficking, or high-value black-market logistics—public attention poses an existential threat. The creator's public broadcasts threatened to draw investigative journalists, law enforcement oversight, or community scrutiny to the area. Consequently, the decision was made by interested parties to eliminate the creator before the project achieved broader viral reach or formal journalistic adoption. SECTION 3: THE AMBUSH AND EXECUTED METHODOLOGY The February 27, 2025 Ambush On the night of February 27, 2025, at approximately 10:00 PM, the creator was ambushed along Ventura Boulevard in Encino. The structure of the assault demonstrated intentional planning, tactical coordination, and lethal intent rather than a spontaneous physical altercation: The Tactical Distraction (Pit Bull Attack): The assailant deployed a pit bull to tackle the creator to the ground and inflict physical incapacitation. The animal targeted the creator's right hand and wrist with repeated bites, preventing effective physical defense and masking the simultaneous application of a lethal secondary weapon. The Precision Weapon (Poisoned Blade): While the victim was pinned and fighting off the animal, the assailant used a razor or surgical-grade blade to slice the victim's right wrist. The incision missed vital arterial blood vessels by less than a quarter of an inch, buffered fortuitously by a thick fabric hair scrunchy worn on the victim's wrist. Chemical/Biological Agent Application: The blade carried a hidden biological or chemical toxin. The objective was two-fold: if the victim did not die from rapid exsanguination (bleeding out) on Ventura Boulevard, the toxic agent introduced directly into the deep tissue would induce fatal systemic infection, sepsis, or delayed organ failure days or weeks later. Survival and Medical Confirmation The victim survived the immediate physical assault due to defensive fighting (including blinding the attack dog) and the protective barrier of the wrist scrunchy. Upon arrival at the emergency room on the night of February 27, 2025, medical staff immediately differentiated the clean, sharp incision from the surrounding puncture wounds inflicted by the canine. The attending nurse noted that the wrist cut was clearly inflicted by a razor or surgical instrument, prompting immediate notification to local law enforcement. One month later, the secondary lethal mechanism manifested. The creator was hospitalized for seven days at Encino General Hospital for a severe, deep-seated subdermal tissue ulcer located an inch below the original cut. Diagnostic evaluation confirmed that the tissue destruction originated from deep within the dermal layers outward, consistent with localized toxic introduction via a poisoned blade. SECTION 4: INSTITUTIONAL COMPLICITY AND THE REFUSAL TO INVESTIGATE The LAPD Response Failure A central pillar of the overall case involves the actions—and intentional omissions—of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), specifically officers and detectives associated with the West Valley Division. Emergency Room Response (Feb 27, 2025): Despite being alerted by ER medical staff regarding a violent attempted murder involving a weapon, two responding LAPD officers spent under five minutes at the hospital. They conducted no formal evidence collection, took no detailed statement, and departed without generating an official Crime Incident Report (DR Number). Repeated Precinct Rejections: Over the next five months, the victim made five separate visits to the LAPD West Valley Division precinct to request an investigation, submit medical proof, and meet with detectives. On all five occasions—including two attempts to access the detective bureau directly—station personnel refused to take a report or log the crime. Rationale for Police Inaction and Protection The total absence of an official paper trail following a violent crime reported by hospital staff suggests two primary possibilities: Discriminatory Deprioritization: The victim's housing status at the time of the attack led responding officers and station staff to dismiss the complaint, adhering to a pattern of systemic negligence toward crimes reported by unhoused individuals. Institutional Protection: If the covert activities documented in "Murder Mile" involved influential local figures, corrupt land/business interests, or active police protection, the refusal to document the attempted murder served to protect the perpetrators and cover up the broader operation. By refusing to open a case file, LAPD personnel effectively shielded the contract killer and the funding principals from criminal discovery. SECTION 5: EVIDENCE PORTFOLIO AND CASE VERIFICATION To substantiate the claim that the attack was a planned assassination attempt linked to the TikTok series, a multi-layered evidentiary record has been compiled: Primary Digital and Medical Evidence Contemporaneous Video Footage: Raw digital video recorded by the creator approximately five minutes after the assault on February 27, 2025, capturing immediate wound status, physical trauma, and location context. Emergency Room Records: Triage charts and physician notes from the night of the attack verifying the presence of both canine bite marks and a distinct surgical/razor blade incision, alongside hospital logs showing dispatch calls to LAPD. Inpatient Hospitalization Records: Complete charts from Encino General Hospital documenting the 7-day admission for the subdermal tissue infection, confirming the toxic/chemical impact of the blade attack. Archival Social Media Footage: The complete video catalog of "Murder Mile, and the Homeless Ghosts of Encino, California" published under @jasonwildman3, establishing the public timeline of investigative claims made prior to the ambush. Reconstructing the Missing Paper Trail Public Records Act (PRA) Filings: Pending requests for Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) logs from LAPD for the emergency room address on February 27, 2025. Demonstrating that 911/dispatch records show officers arriving at the ER, but with no corresponding Crime Incident Report created, serves as third-party proof of procedural suppression. SECTION 6: CONCLUSION AND NEXT STEPS The physical attack on February 27, 2025, was not an isolated street crime. It was a calculated, paid attempt to eliminate an independent reporter who was exposing illegal activities targeting the unhoused population of Encino. The combination of a tactical distraction, a poisoned blade, secondary tissue destruction, and subsequent police refusal to document the crime points toward a coordinated effort to silence the creator and protect a broader criminal network. By combining primary media assets, medical documentation, public records requests, and public outreach via documentary filmmaking, the goal remains to bring full public accountability, legal oversight, and exposure to both the perpetrators of the attack and the institutional bodies that allowed it to go uninvestigated.
