Up for sale is a beautiful, premium user Leica M2 body. I purchased this camera directly from Don Goldberg (DAG) in late 2024 immediately following his complete overhaul (CLA). It is absolutely butter-smooth and a mechanical joy to use. Don custom-built this M2 with two major quality-of-life upgrades that make it the ultimate analog shooter: MP Finder Upgrade: Fitted with the modern, flare-resistant MP finder optics. It features clear, bright frameline pairs for 28/90mm, 35/135mm, and 50/75mm. M4 Quick-Load Spool: Modified with the later M4-style three-prong film loading spool mechanism, completely removing the hassle of the removable stock M2 spool. Condition: Cosmetically and mechanically excellent. The rangefinder patch is perfectly aligned, crisp, and bright. Shutter speeds are accurate to the ear. There are a couple of minor, purely cosmetic bumps under the replaced leatherette (please see the attached photos to inspect). Transaction Details: Cash only. I will not ship this camera.
