Looking for an LD/AV to take lessons on how to efficiently learn how to program to light design halo beams to music and visual choreography. The creative process is somewhat layered. I absolutely need video playback with a some kind of video playback / cad while programing, as music and movement will be directly in creation process. Im at the beginning, witch patching and interface, need guidance in overall lighting technical, and then how to get into a flow with the right program, I've selected Pro Dmx2 (since it has visual playback), interfacing through Etten (unsure) , and fixture Colorkey Moverbeam 100. I've been using Chatgbt but it's very slow, and not always correct, and honesty just waisting a lot of time. Im open to better programs , but need the best for my flow and bounce out to QLab or whatever event system. For the first maing signature I need to choregraph precise choreography to 4 drums, front/top lit with a truss of 8 mover intelligent halo beas. Need someone who knows lighting in general, lessons in my program , whether overall experience and can get me started and learn the program quickly to pass on. And an opportunity after I set frameworks, to hire you to fill out the rest of the scene. And also if interested to for hire to come onsite at shows, to represent as LD tech. Payment can be negotiated per lesson. Or bulk sum for package of items. (I can't do a daily hourly.) Some are interest in being the inner core of the group to design the original creation to then have authority role as we go, besides have their original duties, but handing it off to another cast as we grow, flown out for technical support, including discussion of proper rate and percentage of growing new cast. Everything in agreements all comes from truth, what feels right, and if it reels in alightment for you. Looking forward hearing from you I can work in afternoons and evenings PST.
