Hi! We're looking for a house with this vibe for a short film in July. The story takes place in the 1990s in Minnesota and it's been really tricky to find a house that doesn't look very LA or very modern. The kitchen is especially important. We only need it for one day, and it would be a small production with a cast/crew of 20-25. We are a fully insured production and would provide a certificate of insurance. We're an AFI workshop production, but we're all 30 year old working professionals who are very experienced and would be respectful of your space. We have budget for this rental.
