We are looking for a reliable, organized, and creative Youth Worker/Assistant to support our creative and business operations. This is a great opportunity for someone (18-24) interested in makeup, hair, beauty, fashion, social media, content creation, marketing, or entrepreneurship. You'll get hands-on experience supporting appointments, photoshoots, events, social media, outreach, and business administration. WHAT YOU'LL DO Makeup & Hair Assistance Help prepare for appointments, photoshoots, events, and productions Organize makeup, hair, and styling supplies Set up, clean up, and keep the studio organized Capture behind-the-scenes photos and video (You will not provide makeup or hair services on your own unless assigned, authorized, and trained.) Social Media Content Help with Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels Brainstorm content ideas and draft captions for review Research beauty, fashion, and social media trends WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Dependable, punctual, and organized Strong, professional communicator Takes ownership and follows through without reminders Team player Interested in beauty, fashion, social media, or creative business Experience in customer service, beauty, or social media is helpful but not required. Training is provided.
