We are seeking experienced freelance AV technicians and stagehands for a professional conference at an Atlanta hotel. Applicants must have prior experience working in conference and hotel AV environments and be comfortable from load-in through strike. Positions Needed: Audio Technicians, Video Technicians, Lighting Technicians, Stagehands, Breakout Room Technicians Required Experience: Hotel / conference center AV setups Load-in, setup, show operation, troubleshooting, and strike General sessions and breakout rooms Microphones (wired, wireless, lavs, handhelds), speakers, basic consoles Projectors, screens, confidence monitors, basic video signal flow, switchers, power point Following run-of-show and working under show leadership Stagehands Must Be Able To: Build and strike pipe & drape Assemble fast-fold screens Run and tape cable Set up simple breakout rooms Support multiple departments as needed Schedule: This coming week Load-in, show days, and strike Pay: Day rate, Based on experience and role Attire: Show Blacks required (black on black, groomed), Closed-toe shoes required To Apply -Reply with: Resume (PDF preferred) Brief summary of conference experience Area(s) of expertise Availability Please be sure to clearly provide a good working contact number and email.
