I am having mold remediation done by my landlord's workers in my apartment over non-consecutive several days. They are going to open the ceilings. I need someone young healthy and strong so as not to be intimidated, to be in the apartment and take photos of what is above the opened ceilings and video if there is water leaking and video of the materials used and the set up. I will provide KN95 mask, goggles and hazmat suit. I will pay $100 per day and meals (however long the workers are in the apartment). I cannot do it myself because I'm too sick, but I will be outside sitting in the hallway. Must be willing to meet me for interview beforehand, in the early evening of December 16th or 17th. Starts on December 18th and 19th.the rest after New Year's.
