Looking for (1) Male for the role of "V." (Age from 22-26) for a queer short film. Must be okay with being seen in a romantic way with a male protagonist. "V" is a crush the male protagonist has and appears larger than life to the male protagonist. It isn't until they stumble across each other on a random beach day that they start connecting on a different level. There wont be any lines, as everything will be shot with action, example bike riding together, walking near the beach together. The person playing "V." would have to be okay with being displayed romantically with a male protagonist. The male protagonist, "M" is an overthinker and shy. He lacks a lot in his life and feels deeply. "V" is like this out of league fictional person to him. "M" breaks out of his nerves and approaches "V" Near the end, "V" and "M" disconnect. This won't be shown but implied with a sole focus on "M". What we require from V is shooting only in daytime at the specific Santa Monica location. The video and photography will be displayed on vinyl and CD eventually as well as on YouTube. The person playing V should have mature respect for what his character symbolizes and the effect of this forever. There will not be any kissing scenes. This is a first time romantic relationship scenario for the project. It will be intuitive & sensitive. This project will require only one outfit (which will be provided for for the scenes) The project will only be shot at one specific location in Santa Monica. One outfit, One scenery for the shooting process. Please note, there will be a separate project after this one that the actor must be available for (and will be paid for).
